so yesterday my HAIRSPRAY dvd arrived!!!!!!
yes folks, im one of those sad fellows who like to buy dvds online
but hmv offers free delivery weyyy

Anyhoooo!
can u imagine my joy!
finally FINALLY after berabad i get to watch my very favourite movie with its all-star casts
and lemme say,it didnt disappoint :)

we had a good 2 hour of fun last nite
i LOVE musicals!
and u know HAIRSPRAY isnt just any musicals,
the old version used to be my cheer-me-up movie
[i hav a lot of those,heh]
and this one is turning out to be my fav as well!

and of course,
we all enjoyed john travolta's version mrs.turnblad ha ha
anyways,it was a good girly nite in :)

now before i bid u adieu,

hullo darlings
havnt blogged for awhile cuz this past week hav been utter crap
and i've been doing some reading for my sociology essay which is due next tuesday
urgh
i tell u some branches of sociology might actually be fun
but the one were doing on work,organisation and society is a nightmare
and the essay questions are plain boooooring
and u hav to do readings from books in the 60's or 70's and they dun hav a new edition
and they write in loooong sentences
its like being slowly murdered with a blunt knife
heh

anyways!
last week was guuud
managed to go shopping and dinner w/ daria
ok the dinner was AWESOME
we ate at this italian cafe
i had this superb broccoli soup and yummy yummy buffalo mozarella salad with roasted vegetables
i tell u just thinking abt it has got me salivating
and it only cost me 9 pounds!
which is a pretty good deal

also went for dinner and a movie with monica on saturday
The Jane Austen Book Club : highly recommended
and dinner and a movie with nauveera on sunday
Elizabeth, the golden age : i've seen better
jazz club with the frenchies and suzanne,who is slovakian, on monday
Matt & Phreds : phenomenal
and a movie with monica on tuesday!
Beowulf : if only it was real...

and today!
stuck in the flat
reading for that sociology essay yech
so now is my resting period
later tonite i'll do the essay outline
and tomo i will confine myself to the flat again and at least attempt to write the damn thing

the shuffling idiots will be coming to manchester early dec

the museum is awesome and the mummy display is wicked

i have now finished reading the latest and LAST edition of the Aisling Grey series by Katie Macalister

[contain ur jealousy ye ilya, i will lend it to u PRONTO ;p]
and i have to say the book is *delish!*
not as good as the second and third i guess
but still its nice to know what happens in the end n all
and Drake Vireo is still as luscious as ever!
[again ilya,dun be jealous that i found him first ha ha ha ha]

been quite busy for awhile with my darling mama over here

So havnt been able to blog

there i was @ Selfridges with ibu buying *brace urself*
makeup! *gasp*
When i saw this lovely lovely coat with a lovely lovely price [300 pounds enough said,heh]
of course Ibu will not let me have it lah kan because it *apparently* looks just like my other coats
but i swan,it doesnt!it doesnt!

the minute the price starts to drop just a little bit im gonna get it!
It'll be a little present i'll give myself
Sort of like a coming-of-age present,ha ha ha
