our christmas dinner was MAGICAL :)
first lemme tell u abt the menu
and i wud like to stress on the fact that everything was HOMEMADE
yess,we cooked!
and that was super fun being in the kitchen altogether! :)
for the starter:
two kinds of bruschetta courtesy of MONICA
fried wanton w/ thai chilli dip courtesy of LYNETTE
salad w/ balsamic vinagrette dressing courtesy of DARIA
for the main course:
lasagna courtesy of MOI ;)
[which monica said looked like authentic italian lasagna...woohoo!]
roast chicken,roasted potatoes,roasted parsnips,mashed potatoes,carrot and suet mash,gravy joint efforts of HAYLEY and LAUREN
it was so typically english ;)

for the dessert:

and i bought some christmas biscuits as well :)

we had fun w/ the secret santa
Daria turned out to be mine!
And it was such a shock cuz she told me she was Hayley's!
She would come to my room and tell me she didnt buy hayley a present bla bla
and she made evryone promise not to tell me
i felt so touched
and she bought me the most AWESOME gift!
Monica was Daria's and she got her a pair of knickers from lasenza
it was adorable :)
i was jenny's and i got her a frame w/ all our pictures in it like a HAIRSPRAY poster
hayley said "that is so iman"
i agree :)

and hayley brought christmas crackers so we held hands and pulled it together
and wore our funny christmas hats throughout dinner
and laughed,and made jokes,and enjoyed great food
like i said, it was MAGICAL :))
