persnickety

today i was feeling horribly wretched
whenever i got up from seating or lying down
i would get this dizzy spells and my face would feel hot all of a sudden
my body also felt so weak and so cold
the mall felt like Siberia,and walking was such a strenuous task
granted i was fasting today
but i didnt expect it to be this bad

ibu thinks that its because my body is not getting enough nutrients or some vitamins
and you know,
i think i agree because i hav been cutting down on carbs lately
[not having my daily bread and honey is sheer torture let me tell you!]
soooooo,
because of my utterly pathetic state,
ibu decided to belanja me for an awesome buka puasa!

and thats actually the point of this entry lah,haha
we had buffet at crowne plaza
where we made full use of the word "buffet"
there was deep-fried mussels,prawn,fish
grilled lobster,seafood lasagna,lamb satay,sushi,dim sum,
roasted potatoes,seasoned vegetables,grilled fish
assorted cold salads and my ever favourite prawn cocktail!
[which i didnt eat any,urgh,because i was barely able to walk dah pon]
assorted pastas,seafood chowder,tomyam noodle,manchurian barbeque
and lots more!

for dessert there was...
bread and butter pudding,bubur kacang
chocolate fountain w/ strawberries,kiwi,apricots,marshmellow and more,
assorted cakes,pastries,cookies,chocolate
abc,local and international fruits
honeydew icecream,strawberry icecream,choco icecream,corn icecream,pistachio icecream
and crepe suzette!

suffice to say i will NOT be getting any dizzy spells tomorro lah kan
and i have fully stocked up 3 days worth of food in my tummy
and shall make like ghandi and go on a hunger strike

oh by the by,
the last harry potter book comes out tomorrow!
and ur probably wondering why im not in front of kinokuniya right now
preparing my sleeping bag fully set for the grand opening tomorrow at five thirty AM
sad news folks,
my justifiable endeavour has been given the big N-O by ibu dearest without a single by-your-leave
oh the pain!the horror!the injustice of it all!

but never fear folks,
i will survive to fight and read another day!
till then,
i will now be satisfied with re-reading the 6th book UNTIL i can get my hands on the very much coveted 7th edition!

today i watched Harry Potter again
and it was just as fabulous the second time around
its funny how you can get all choked up with emotions over a simple story
but...there you go

parking was...
now it would be too nice to say that parking was a bitch
no no no,to be completely honest[as i usually am ;)]
would be to say that parking is a manipulative crackwhore desperate to get her grubby hands on any spare cash to pay for her latest fix.
i hate you,KLCC carpark.How i hate you

on a more happier note,
i recently finished reading this darling little book entitled
"Have Glass Slippers,Will Travel"
See?even the title is simply darling
the heroine is an awestruck American newly arrived in England and desperate to catch herself a titled husband
the hero is a handsome,albeit rumpled,duke.An impoverished one.Who grows vegetables for a living
Adorable kan? ;)

And i am preparing myself for an hour of fun-filled escapades and treasure hunts with drool-worthy men and bold,spunky females.

today Harry Potter mulai ditayangkan di cinemas around Msia
to b honest,it wasnt that good
but it was Harry Potter!!!!
and for someone who has been a Potter aficionado for so long,
the arrival of this movie is like a blessed event! ;p
and this book is,or this cerita,is even more heartbreaking because Sirius died!!!
even tho i know its coming,watching the scene itself still made me feel like my heart was literally ripped from my body and left to rot,heh
i had a huuuuuuge crush on him!
[i had a crush on snape too,to b honest,but that was before d movie came out AND before snape killed a CERTAIN someone :(]
but sirius ni kan,
even in the movie pon hes so awesome,so debonair,so dashing,so perfect.

today we also went to the salon dekat the Loreal shop in Shah Alam,
i tell u that tempat is so gud ada bilik for "wanita bertudung"
Cik Tina Banana lah took me there
and the hairstylists are gud jugak oooh
Kalu tak i usually go to Phoenix je,or Winnie's

Then,we also went to UITM
I might as well enroll and do my degree there je lah
since im such a frequent visitor kan? ;p
Tina's dorm is so awesome!
In the middle of the building mcm ada a spot of grass on a hill ke
i dont really know how to explain it so faham2 urself lah,heh
then theres a surau,a study room,a tv room fully equipped w/ astro
and one room only 2 ppl je
[hafsa,if ur reading this kan i know u'll b super jealous and if u had tina's room i bet u u wudnt be going back SETIAP HARI ;p]

Anyhooo,
my kepala sudah pusing and i feel like i wanna barf
